1. Who we are
RAGE Date is operated by The VOID Neon (“we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use RAGE Date.
2. Your account
You’re responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
3. Music videos and third-party services
RAGE Date links to and embeds videos hosted by YouTube and Vimeo. We don’t host, own or licence that music. Playback is subject to those platforms’ own terms, and videos may become unavailable at any time.
4. Your content
Playlists, titles, written notes, comments and recorded check-in clips stay yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and display them so the app works — for example, showing a public playlist to people you share it with. Don’t upload anything unlawful, hateful, or that you don’t have the right to share, and don’t record anyone without their consent.
5. Fair use
Don’t abuse the service: no scraping, no attempts to break security, no spam ratings or comments. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
6. Availability and liability
RAGE Date is provided “as is”. We can’t guarantee uninterrupted service or that recordings and drafts stored on your device will survive browser clean-ups. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Changes and contact
