1. What we collect
Account details (email, display name, and your provider ID if you sign in with Google), plus the content you create: playlist titles, player names, song links, written notes, ratings, awards and comments.
2. Video check-ins and drafts
Recorded check-in clips and in-progress playlist drafts are stored locally in your browser (IndexedDB and local storage) — they aren’t uploaded to our servers. Clearing your browser data deletes them permanently.
3. Camera and microphone
We only access your camera and microphone when you start a recording, and only for that clip. Nothing is captured in the background.
4. How we use it
To run the app: sign you in, save your playlists, show ratings and comments, and keep your saved collection. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising profiles.
5. Third parties
Accounts and database records are hosted by our cloud backend provider. Embedded videos are served by YouTube and Vimeo, which may set their own cookies and receive your IP address when a video loads.
6. Your choices
You can edit or delete your playlists and comments at any time, and request deletion of your account and associated records by contacting us.
